Oversee and manage a team of 15-20 members, ensuring effective collaboration and performance
Responsible for the reconciliation of AR receipts to the bank, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Serve as a sounding board for the commercial team by running watch towers and dashboards, conducting retailer calls and performing bill audits
Coordinate with the group legal and compliance team for handling legal cases against collection agents and retailers
Work closely with HR for salary deduction cases and other compliance related matters
Drive efficiencies in commercial operations by monitoring and implementing checklists
Solve technical problems and validate automation to enhance tech efficiencies.
