JOB ROLES
Sales Officer
1-4 years of Experience in sales of TPP/Retail liability products/Insurance/Gold loan will be preferred.
Gold Loan Officer
- Candidate should have a regular degree (Candidates with distance education may refrain from applying)
- The candidate should have a flair for marketing & Sales
- He/ She should have a thorough knowledge of gold loan operation and sales with 1+ year of experience in Bank / NBFC
Branch Operations Manager
- Profile Graduation (regular) or PG in any discipline
- 3+ years of Branch Banking experience
- A flair for sales and operations is mandatory.
Branch Head
Retail branch banking experience of minimum 6 years in which branch handling is a must.
· Regular graduation (UG) mandatory.
· Banking operations & managing regulatory requirements.
· Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills are must.
· Team building and team management skills are the most valued traits.
