KSRTC-SWIFT Driver cum Conductor Recruitment 2023
KSRTC invites applications for the post of Driver Cum Conductor on contract basis to operate Swift owned buses. KSRTC SWIFT will employ only those who enter into contract to work as per service wage conditions as determined by SWIFT.
Selected candidates will have to deposit a security deposit of Rs.30,000/-. This amount will be retained as security deposit for as long as the candidate is in temporary service. If KSRTC has suffered loss in any way through the candidate on his/her departure, the amount will be refunded after deducting that amount.
KSRTC-SWIFT Driver cum Conductor Eligibility
Candidate must have obtained Heavy Driving License under MV Act 1988. If selected, the conductor license must be obtained from the Department of Motor Vehicles within the stipulated time. Must have 10th class pass from recognized board or institute.
Not less than five years driving experience in heavy passenger vehicles having more than 30 seats. To prove work experience, copy of subscription to Motor Vehicle Workers Welfare Fund or copies of work experience certificates available from government institutions should be produced.
KSRTC-SWIFT Driver cum Conductor Recruitment Age Limit
Candidates between 21 years to 55 years of age can apply on the last date of submission of application.
KSRTC-SWIFT Driver cum Conductor Desirable Qualification
Must have knowledge of vehicle operation and know how to diagnose minor faults in vehicles.
KSRTC-SWIFT Driver cum Conductor Selection Procedure
1. Written Test
2. Applicants must have passed the driving test conducted by the Selection Committee constituted in connection with this appointment.
3. Interview
KSRTC-SWIFT Driver cum Conductor Salary Details
Only one duty per day and one leave per week is allowed. 715 per duty will be allowed as wages. Eligible for Kilometer Allowance, Net Allowance and Collection Bata as determined from time to time. Benefits like PF are available to the employees.
