Work Experience:

Preference will be given to those who have work experience in the areas of micro-enterprises, micro-finance, organization, marketing etc. in Govt., Semi-Govt.

Salary:

Rs.30,000 per month.

Nature of Job:

Lead the activities related to the areas of micro-enterprises, microfinance, organization, marketing etc. implemented by Kudumbashree, develop innovations, project planning and coordinate policy level activities.

Field level activities within and outside the state.

Hiring Process

1. The CMD shall have full authority to screen and shortlist only the eligible applications after thoroughly scrutinizing the submitted resumes and work experience.

2. Candidates will be screened for their resumes and eligible candidates will be called for interview based on qualification and work experience. In case of large number of candidates, CMD is authorized to conduct the recruitment process through written test, interview or aptitude test and interview whichever is suitable.
