State Women Development Corporation Job Vacancies

Center for Management Development (CMD) invites applications from eligible candidates for empanelment on contract basis for the posts of Project Coordinator, Warden and Assistant Warden.

The selected candidate will be deputed through the Center to support the activities of Kerala State Women Development Corporation Limited (KSWDC), established with the objective of developing economic and social opportunities for women in the state, especially those belonging to marginalized and underprivileged sections of the society.

For Management Development (CMD). Interested candidates should apply through online mode only by filling the prescribed application form provided in the website of Center for Management Development (CMD), Thiruvananthapuram (www.kcmd.in).

Last date for submission of online application will be 14/06/2023 (05.00 P.M.).

Details about required qualification and experience, number of vacancies, upper age limit... are given below:

1. Post : Project Coordinator

First class in MSW or MBA in regular stream from recognized university candidates with qualification + LLB will be preferred.

Minimum Experience: At least two (2) years of experience in coordinating projects

Monthly Remuneration Rs. 25,000/-

Upper age limit is 38 years as on 31.05.2023

2. Post Warden

Qualification: Plus Two or equivalent qualification should be proficient in computer theory and practical

Minimum Experience: Minimum three (3) years experience as Warden/ Assistant Warden in Govt Hostels. Departments/ Institutions, Autonomous Bodies, Educational Institutions, NGO's

Monthly Remuneration Rs. 20,000/-

Age Limit: Minimum: 25 years and Maximum: 50 years

3. Post : Assistant Warden

Eligibility: SSLC or equivalent qualification with theoretical and practical proficiency in computer.

Monthly Remuneration Rs. 15,000/-

Age Limit Minimum: 25 Years and Maximum: 50 Years

Minimum Experience Minimum two (2) years experience as Warden/ Assistant Warden in Government Hostels. Departments/ Institutions, Autonomous Bodies, Educational Institutions, NGOs.

സെന്റർ ഫോർ മാനേജ്‌മെന്റ് ഡെവലപ്‌മെന്റ് (സിഎംഡി) പ്രോജക്‌ട് കോ- ഓർഡിനേറ്റർ, വാർഡൻ, അസിസ്റ്റന്റ് വാർഡൻ എന്നീ തസ്തികകളിലേക്ക് കരാർ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ എംപാനൽ മെന്റിനായി യോഗ്യതയുള്ളവരുമായ ഉദ്യോഗാർത്ഥികളിൽ നിന്ന് അപേക്ഷകൾ ക്ഷണിക്കുന്നു.

മാനേജ്മെന്റ് ഡെവലപ്മെന്റിനായി (സിഎംഡി). താത്പര്യമുള്ള ഉദ്യോഗാർത്ഥികൾ, സെന്റർ ഫോർ മാനേജ്‌മെന്റ് ഡെവലപ്‌മെന്റ് (CMD), തിരുവനന്തപുരം (www.kcmd.in) എന്ന വെബ്‌സൈറ്റിൽ നൽകിയിരിക്കുന്ന നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട അപേക്ഷാ ഫോറം പൂരിപ്പിച്ച് ഓൺലൈൻ മോഡ് വഴി മാത്രമേ അപേക്ഷിക്കാവൂ.

കുറഞ്ഞ പരിചയം: പ്രോജക്ടുകൾ ഏകോപിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിൽ കുറഞ്ഞത് രണ്ട് (2) വർഷത്തെ പരിചയം

പ്രതിമാസ പ്രതിഫലം രൂപ. 25,000/-

ഉയർന്ന പ്രായപരിധി 31.05.2023- ന് 38 വയസ്സ്

2. പോസ്റ്റ്‌.വാർഡൻ

യോഗ്യത:പ്ലസ് ടു അല്ലെങ്കിൽ തത്തുല്യ യോഗ്യത കമ്പ്യൂട്ടറിൽ സൈദ്ധാന്തികമായും പ്രായോഗികമായും പ്രാവീണ്യമുള്ളവരായിരിക്കണം

കുറഞ്ഞ പരിചയം: സർക്കാരിന്റെ ഹോസ്റ്റലുകളിൽ വാർഡൻ/ അസിസ്റ്റന്റ് വാർഡനായി കുറഞ്ഞത് മൂന്ന് (3) വർഷത്തെ പരിചയം. വകുപ്പുകൾ/ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ, സ്വയംഭരണ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ, വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ, എൻ.ജി.ഒ.എസ്

പ്രതിമാസ പ്രതിഫലം രൂപ. 20,000/-

പ്രായ പരിധി :കുറഞ്ഞത്: 25 വയസ്സും പരമാവധി: 50 വയസ്സും

3.പോസ്റ്റ്‌ :അസിസ്റ്റന്റ് വാർഡൻ

യോഗ്യത:എസ്എസ്എൽസി അല്ലെങ്കിൽ തത്തുല്യ യോഗ്യത കമ്പ്യൂട്ടറിൽ സൈദ്ധാന്തികമായും പ്രായോഗികമായും പ്രാവീണ്യം നേടിയിരിക്കണം.

പ്രതിമാസ പ്രതിഫലംരൂപ. 15,000/-

പ്രായ പരിധികുറഞ്ഞത്: 25 വയസ്സും പരമാവധി: 50 വയസ്സും
