◾കോണ്‍ഗ്രസും രാഹുല്‍ഗാന്ധിയും പ്രതിരോധത്തില്‍. അപകീര്‍ത്തി കേസില്‍ സൂററ്റ് സിജെഎം കോടതി രണ്ടു വര്‍ഷത്തെ തടവുശിക്ഷ വിധിച്ചതോടെ രാഹുല്‍ഗാന്ധിയുടെ ലോക്സഭാംഗത്വത്തിന് അയോഗ്യത. ശിക്ഷ വിധിച്ച അതേ കോടതിതന്നെ മുപ്പതു ദിവസത്തേക്കു വിധി സ്റ്റേ ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ടെങ്കിലും ശിക്ഷ നിലനില്‍ക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. മേല്‍ക്കോടതിയില്‍നിന്ന് അനുകൂല വിധി സമ്പാദിക്കാനുള്ള ശ്രമത്തിലാണു രാഹുലും കോണ്‍ഗ്രസും. അനുകൂല വിധി ഉണ്ടായില്ലെങ്കില്‍ രാഹുലിന്റെ ലോക്സഭാംഗത്വം നഷ്ടമാകുമെന്നു മാത്രമല്ല ജയിലില്‍ പോകേണ്ടി വരികയും ചെയ്യും.
◾അടുത്ത മാസം മുതല്‍ കെട്ടിട നിര്‍മാണ ഫീസ് വര്‍ധിപ്പിക്കുന്നു. മറ്റു സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളിലേതുമായി താരതമ്യം ചെയ്യുമ്പോള്‍ കേരളത്തിലെ ഫീസ് കുറവാണെന്ന് മന്ത്രി എം.ബി രാജേഷ്. നിലവില്‍ 150 ചതുരശ്ര മീറ്ററിന് 15 രൂപവരെയാണ് ഫീസ്. എത്ര വര്‍ധിപ്പിക്കണമെന്നു തീരുമാനിച്ചിട്ടില്ല. 1,500 ചതുരശ്രയടി വിസ്തീര്‍ണമുള്ള വീടിന്റെ പെര്‍മിറ്റിന് 7,500 രൂപയെങ്കിലും നല്‍കേണ്ടിവരും. 645 ചതുരശ്രയടി വരെ വിസ്തീര്‍ണമുള്ള കെട്ടിടങ്ങള്‍ക്കു നികുതി ഒഴിവാക്കിയിട്ടുണ്ടെന്നും മന്ത്രി രാജേഷ്.
◾തിരുവനന്തപുരം, കൊച്ചി, കണ്ണൂര്‍ അന്താരാഷ്ട്ര വിമാനത്താവളങ്ങള്‍ക്കു സമീപം സയന്‍സ് പാര്‍ക്കുകള്‍ ആരംഭിക്കാന്‍ മന്ത്രിസഭ തീരുമാനിച്ചു. 200 കോടി രൂപ നിക്ഷേപിച്ച് രണ്ടു ബ്ലോക്കുകളായി 10 ലക്ഷം ചതുരശ്ര അടി വിസ്തീര്‍ണത്തിലാണു ഓരോ സയന്‍സ് പാര്‍ക്കും നിര്‍മിക്കുക. അതതു പ്രദേശത്തെ യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റികളായിരിക്കും പ്രിന്‍സിപ്പല്‍ അസോസിയേറ്റ്. കിഫ്ബി ഫണ്ട് ഉപയോഗിച്ചായിരിക്കും സയന്‍സ് പാര്‍ക്ക് സ്ഥാപിക്കുക. കേരള സംസ്ഥാന ശാസ്ത്രസാങ്കേതിക പരിസ്ഥിതി കൗണ്‍സിലിനെ പദ്ധതി നടപ്പാക്കാന്‍ ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തും.
◾ഇടുക്കിയിലെ ആക്രമണകാരിയായ അരിക്കൊമ്പന്‍ എന്ന കാട്ടാനയെ പിടികൂടാനുള്ള 'ഓപ്പറേഷന്‍ അരിക്കൊമ്പന്‍' ദൗത്യം 29 വരെ നിര്‍ത്തിവയ്ക്കണമെന്നു ഹൈക്കോടതി. രാത്രി പ്രത്യേക സിറ്റിംഗ് നടത്തിയാണ് ഡിവിഷന്‍ ബഞ്ച് ഉത്തരവിട്ടത്. ആനയെ പിടികൂടുകയെന്നത് അവസാന നടപടിയെന്ന് കോടതി. കോളര്‍ ഘടിപ്പിക്കുക, ആനയെ ട്രാക്ക് ചെയ്യുക തുടങ്ങിയ ബദല്‍ മാര്‍ഗങ്ങള്‍ പരിശോധിക്കണം. പീപ്പിള്‍ ഫോര്‍ ആനിമല്‍ എന്ന സംഘടന ഫയല്‍ ചെയ്ത പൊതു താല്‍പര്യ ഹര്‍ജിയിലാണ് കോടതി ഉത്തരവ്.
◾പാര്‍ലമെന്റ് സമ്മേളനം വെട്ടിച്ചുരുക്കിയേക്കും. ഇരു സഭകളിലും പ്രതിപക്ഷവും ഭരണപക്ഷവും ബഹളം തുടരുന്ന സാഹചര്യത്തിലാണ് സഭാ സമ്മേളനം വെട്ടിച്ചുരുക്കാന്‍ നീക്കം നടത്തുന്നത്. രാഹുല്‍ഗാന്ധിക്കെതിരേ വിധി വന്നതോടെ സഭയില്‍ കൂടുതല്‍ ബഹളത്തിനാണു സാധ്യത. പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി നരേന്ദ്രമോദിയും മുതിര്‍ന്ന മന്ത്രിമാരും സ്പീക്കര്‍ ഓം ബിര്‍ളയുമായി ഇന്നലെ കൂടിക്കാഴ്ച നടത്തിയിരുന്നു.
◾നിയമസഭ സ്പീക്കറുടെ ഓഫീസിനു മുന്നിലുണ്ടായ സംഘര്‍ഷത്തില്‍ പ്രതിപക്ഷ എംഎല്‍എമാര്‍ക്കെതിരെ ചുമത്തിയ ജാമ്യമില്ല വകുപ്പുകളില്‍ ഒരെണ്ണം ഒഴിവാക്കി. വാച്ച് ആന്‍ഡ് വാര്‍ഡിനെ മര്‍ദിച്ച് എല്ല് ഒടിച്ചെന്ന് ആരോപിച്ചുള്ള വകുപ്പാണ് ഒഴിവാക്കിയത്. കൃത്യനിര്‍വ്വഹണം തടസ്സപ്പെടുത്തിയതിന് ജാമ്യമില്ലാ വകുപ്പ് തുടരും. തിരുവനന്തപുരം സിജെഎം കോടതിയിലാണ് റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ട് നല്‍കിയത്.
◾ഡല്‍ഹിയില്‍ കേന്ദ്ര സര്‍ക്കാരിന്റെ സെക്രട്ടറിമാര്‍ക്ക് കേരള മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി പിണറായി വിജയന്‍ ഇന്നു വിരുന്നു നല്‍കുന്നു. കേരളവും കേന്ദ്രവുമായുള്ള ബന്ധം മെച്ചപ്പെടുത്താന്‍ 47 മുതിര്‍ന്ന കേന്ദ്ര സെക്രട്ടറിമാരെയാണു കേരള ഹൗസിലെ വിരുന്നിലേക്കു ക്ഷണിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളത്. മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിയും ചീഫ് സെക്രട്ടറി ഡോ വിപി ജോയിയും പ്രഫ. കെ.വി. തോമസും വിരുന്നില്‍ പങ്കെടുക്കും. ഉപരാഷ്ട്രപതിയുമായും മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി കൂടിക്കാഴ്ച നടത്തും.
◾പൊതുമരാമത്ത് വകുപ്പിന്റെ ചീഫ് ആര്‍കിടെക് വിഭാഗത്തില്‍ മന്ത്രി മുഹമ്മദ് റിയാസ് മിന്നല്‍ പരിശോധന നടത്തിയപ്പോള്‍ ജീവനക്കാരുടെ കസേരകളെല്ലാം കാലി. രാവിലെ പതിനൊന്നോടെയാണ് മന്ത്രി ഓഫീസില്‍ എത്തിയത്. ജീവനക്കാരില്‍ പകുതി പോലും ഓഫീസില്‍ എത്തിയിരുന്നില്ല. മന്ത്രി പഞ്ചിംഗ് വിവരങ്ങള്‍ ചോദിച്ചു. ഇതു വൈകിയതോടെ മന്ത്രി ക്ഷുഭിനായി.
◾കണ്ണൂര്‍ കോട്ടയിലെ ലൈറ്റ് ആന്‍ഡ് സൗണ്ട് ഷോ അഴിമതി കേസില്‍ മുന്‍ എംഎല്‍എ എ പി അബ്ദുള്ളക്കുട്ടിയെ വിജിലന്‍സ് ചോദ്യം ചെയ്യും. പദ്ധതിയുടെ കരാര്‍ സ്വകാര്യ കമ്പനിക്കു നല്‍കാന്‍ അബ്ദുള്ളക്കുട്ടി ഇടപെട്ടതിന്റെ രേഖകള്‍ ലഭിച്ചതിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിലാണ് നടപടി.
◾കോഴിക്കോട് മെഡിക്കല്‍ കോളേജ് ആശുപത്രിയില്‍ അതിജീവിതയുടെ മൊഴി തിരുത്താന്‍ സമ്മര്‍ദ്ദം ചെലുത്തിയ അഞ്ച് പേര്‍ക്കെതിരെ പോലീസ് കേസെടുത്തു. അഞ്ചു പേരേയും സസ്പെന്‍ഡു ചെയ്തു. ഒരാളെ പിരിച്ചുവിട്ടു. ആശുപത്രിയിലെ നഴ്സിംഗ് അസിസ്റ്റന്റ്, ഗ്രേഡ് 2 അറ്റന്‍ഡര്‍, മൂന്ന് ഗ്രേഡ് 1 അറ്റന്‍ഡര്‍മാര്‍ എന്നിവര്‍ക്കെതിരേ ജാമ്യമില്ലാത്ത വകുപ്പുകളനുസരിച്ചാണ് കേസ്.
◾മെഡിക്കല്‍ കോളജ് ആശുപത്രിയില്‍ ശസ്ത്രക്രിയ കഴിഞ്ഞ യുവതിയെ പീഡിപ്പിച്ച കേസിലെ പ്രതി ശശീന്ദ്രനെ സിപിഎം രക്ഷിക്കാന്‍ ശ്രമിക്കുകയാണെന്ന് പ്രതിപക്ഷ നേതാവ് വിഡി സതീശന്‍. താത്കാലിക അടിസ്ഥാനത്തില്‍ നിയമനം നേടിയ ഇയാളെ പിന്നീട് സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ സ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തിയെന്നും സതീശന്‍. എന്നാല്‍ കഴിഞ്ഞ വര്‍ഷം വരെ യൂണിയനില്‍ പ്രവര്‍ത്തിച്ച ശശീന്ദ്രന്‍ ഈ വര്‍ഷം അംഗത്വം പുതുക്കിയിട്ടില്ലെന്നാണ് എന്‍ജിഒ യൂണിയന്‍ പറയുന്നത്.
◾കൊവിഡ് ജാഗ്രത തുടരണമെന്ന് മന്ത്രിസഭാ യോഗം. സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ സ്ഥിതി ഗതികള്‍ ആരോഗ്യ മന്ത്രി വീണാ ജോര്‍ജ് മന്ത്രിസഭാ യോഗത്തില്‍ വിശദീകരിച്ചു. കൊവിഡ് കേസുകളുടെ എണ്ണം ഉയരുന്ന സാഹചര്യത്തില്‍ ഒരാഴ്ച സൂക്ഷ്മ നിരീക്ഷണം നടത്തുകയാണെന്ന് ആരോഗ്യമന്ത്രി വീണ ജോര്‍ജ് അറിയിച്ചു.
◾സൂറത്ത് കോടതി വിധി നിര്‍ഭാഗ്യകരമെന്ന് കെപിസിസി പ്രസിഡന്റ് കെ. സുധാകരന്‍, പ്രഥമദൃഷ്ട്യാ കാമ്പില്ലാത്ത വിധിയാണത്. രാഹുല്‍ ഗാന്ധിയെ ഒഴിവാക്കാനുള എല്ലാ ശ്രമങ്ങളും നടക്കുന്നു. ഇത് കുതന്ത്രത്തിന്റെ ഭാഗമാണെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം അഭിപ്രായപ്പെട്ടു. രാഹുലിനെയോ കോണ്‍ഗ്രസിനെയോ തളര്‍ത്താനാകില്ലെന്നും സുധാകരന്‍ പറഞ്ഞു.
◾ഗുരുവായൂരിലെ കെട്ടിട നിര്‍മ്മാണ ചട്ട ലംഘനവുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട ഫയലുകള്‍ കാണാനില്ലെന്നു നഗരസഭ. മനുഷ്യാവകാശ കമ്മീഷനു നല്‍കിയ മറുപടിയിലാണ് ഈ വിവരം. ചട്ടലംഘന പരാതി ഉയര്‍ന്ന ഇരുപത് കെട്ടിടങ്ങളില്‍ ഗുരുവായൂര്‍ നഗരസഭയുടെ കൈയിലുള്ളത് ഒരേ ഒരു കെട്ടിടത്തിന്റെ നിര്‍മ്മാണ അനുമതി ഫയല്‍ മാത്രം. 20 കെട്ടിടങ്ങളെക്കുറിച്ചാണ് പരാതി ഉയര്‍ന്നത്.
◾ഞായറാഴ്ച വരെ കേരളത്തില്‍ ഒറ്റപ്പെട്ടയിടങ്ങളില്‍ ഇടിമിന്നലോടു കൂടിയ മഴയ്ക്കു സാധ്യതയുണ്ടെന്ന് കേന്ദ്ര കാലാവസ്ഥ വകുപ്പ്. തെക്കന്‍ കേരളത്തിലെ കിഴക്കന്‍ മേഖലകളിലാണ് കൂടുതല്‍ സാധ്യത.
◾കളമശേരിയില്‍ കുഞ്ഞിനെ അനധികൃതമായി ദത്തു നല്‍കിയ കേസില്‍ കുഞ്ഞിന്റെ താത്കാലിക സംരക്ഷണം അനുവദിക്കണമെന്നു തൃപ്പൂണിത്തുറ സ്വദേശികളായ ദമ്പതികളുടെ ഹര്‍ജി. ശിശുക്ഷേമ സമിതി മൂന്നാഴ്ചക്കുള്ളില്‍ തീരുമാനം എടുക്കണമെന്ന് ഹൈക്കോടതി. ദമ്പതികള്‍ക്ക് എല്ലാ ശനിയാഴ്ചയും കുഞ്ഞിനെ സന്ദര്‍ശിക്കാന്‍ അനുമതി ലഭിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.
◾കള്ളു ഷാപ്പിലിരുന്നു കള്ളു കുടിക്കുന്ന വീഡിയോ ഇന്‍സ്റ്റഗ്രാമിലൂടെ പ്രചരിപ്പിച്ചതിനു തൃശൂരില്‍ യുവതിയെ എക്സൈസ് അറസ്റ്റു ചെയ്ത് ജാമ്യത്തില്‍ വിട്ടു. തൃശൂര്‍ കുണ്ടോളിക്കടവ് കള്ളുഷാപ്പില്‍ കള്ളു കുടിക്കുന്ന വീഡിയോ പ്രചരിപ്പിച്ച ചേര്‍പ്പ് സ്വദേശിനിയായ അഞ്ജനയാണ് അറസ്റ്റിലായത്. മദ്യപാനം പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിച്ചെന്ന് ആരോപിച്ചാണ് അറസ്റ്റ്.
◾റഷ്യന്‍ യുവതി കെട്ടിടത്തില്‍നിന്നു വീണു പരിക്കേറ്റ നിലയില്‍ ചികിത്സയില്‍. നാട്ടുകാര്‍ വിവരമറിയിച്ചതിനെ തുടര്‍ന്ന് കൂരാചുണ്ട് പോലീസാണ് കോഴിക്കോട് മെഡിക്കല്‍ കോളേജ് ആശുപത്രിയില്‍ എത്തിച്ചത്. ആണ്‍സുഹൃത്തുമായുളള തര്‍ക്കത്തെ തുടര്‍ന്ന് കെട്ടിടത്തില്‍ നിന്ന് ചാടിയതാണെന്നാണ് വിവരം.
◾തിരുവനന്തപുരം എസ്എപി ക്യാമ്പിലെ പൊലീസ് ഓഫീസേഴ്സ് അസോസിയേഷന്‍ സമ്മേളനത്തിന് ക്യാമ്പിലെ സിമ്മിംഗ് പൂളിന്റെ ലാഭ വിഹിതം ചട്ടവിരുദ്ധമായി നല്‍കിയതു വിവാദമായി. മുന്‍കാല ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥരെ ആദരിക്കുന്ന ചടങ്ങിനാണ് തുക അനുവദിച്ചത്.
◾റബര്‍ വില സ്ഥിരതാ പദ്ധതിക്കു 'കെ എം മാണി റബര്‍ വിലസ്ഥിരതാ പദ്ധതി' എന്നു പുനര്‍നാമകരണം ചെയ്യണമെന്ന് കേരളാ യൂത്ത്ഫ്രണ്ട് എം ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടു. കേരളത്തിലെ റബര്‍ കര്‍ഷകര്‍ വിലത്തകര്‍ച്ചമൂലം ദുരിതമനുഭവിച്ചപ്പോള്‍ കൈത്താങ്ങാകാനാണ് കെ എം മാണി റബര്‍ വില സ്ഥിരതാ പദ്ധതി ആവിഷ്‌കരിച്ചതെന്ന് യൂത്ത് ഫ്രണ്ട് ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടി.
◾ഒമാന്‍-കൊച്ചി എയര്‍ ഇന്ത്യ വിമാനത്തില്‍ യാത്രക്കാരിയോട് അപമര്യാദയായി പെരുമാറിയ യുവാവ് അറസ്റ്റില്‍. ആലപ്പുഴ നൂറനാട് സ്വദേശി അഖില്‍ കുമാറിനെ നെടുമ്പാശ്ശേരി പൊലീസാണ് അറസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്തത്.
◾ലണ്ടനില്‍ തദ്ദേശീയരുടെ മര്‍ദനമേറ്റ് മലയാളി മരിച്ചു. സൗത്താളില്‍ താമസിക്കുന്ന തിരുവനന്തപുരം പുത്തന്‍തോപ്പ് സ്വദേശി ജെറാള്‍ഡ് നെറ്റോ (62) ആണ് മരിച്ചത്. മൂന്നു പേരെ മെട്രോപൊളിറ്റന്‍ പൊലീസ് കസ്റ്റഡിയിലെടുത്തു. അറസ്റ്റിലായ രണ്ട് പേര്‍ 16 വയസുകാരും ഒരാള്‍ 20 വയസുകാരനുമാണ്.
◾നിലമ്പൂരില്‍ പുള്ളിമാനെ വെടിവച്ചു കൊന്ന് വില്‍ക്കാനുള്ള ശ്രമത്തിനിടെ യുവാവ് പിടിയില്‍. എരുമുണ്ട സ്വദേശി അയൂബാണ് പിടിയിലായത്. കൂടെയുണ്ടായിരുന്ന ആള്‍ ഓടി രക്ഷപ്പെട്ടു.
◾വയറിളക്കവും ഛര്‍ദ്ദിയും ബാധിച്ച് ആശുപത്രിയില്‍ പ്രവേശിപ്പിച്ച 52 കാരന്‍ മരിച്ചു. ചാവക്കാട് കടപ്പുറം കറുകമാട് കെട്ടുങ്ങല്‍ പുതു വേലായി മകന്‍ പ്രകാശന്‍ (52) ആണ് മരിച്ചത്.
◾കായംകുളം നഗരസഭയില്‍ ബജറ്റ് അവതരണത്തോടനുബന്ധിച്ചു ഹോട്ടലില്‍നിന്നു വരുത്തിച്ച ഭക്ഷണം കഴിച്ച നിരവധി പേര്‍ക്ക് ഭക്ഷ്യവിഷബാധ. നഗരസഭാ ജീവനക്കാര്‍, കൗണ്‍സിലര്‍മാര്‍, മാധ്യമപ്രവര്‍ത്തകര്‍ തുടങ്ങിയവര്‍ക്കാണ് ഭക്ഷ്യവിഷബാധയേറ്റത്.
◾ബൈക്ക് നിയന്ത്രണം വിട്ട് മറിഞ്ഞ് പത്തൊമ്പതുകാരനായ വിദ്യാര്‍ത്ഥി മരിച്ചു. പഴയങ്ങാടി മാടായി വാടിക്കലിലെ നിഷാന്‍ ആണ് മരിച്ചത്.
◾മാനന്തവാടിയില്‍ പൊലീസുകാരെ ആക്രമിച്ച യുവാവിനെ അറസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്തു. കാസര്‍കോട് ഗാന്ധിപുരം സ്വദേശി പ്രമോദാണ് പിടിയിലായത്. വള്ളിയൂര്‍ക്കാവ് ഉത്സവത്തിനു കച്ചവടത്തിനെത്തിയ പ്രമോദ് ആഘോഷ കമ്മിറ്റി ഭാരവാഹിയെ മര്‍ദിച്ചത് ചോദ്യം ചെയ്യാനെത്തിയ പൊലീസുകാരെയാണ് ആക്രമിച്ചത്.
◾ഇന്ത്യയില്‍ ജനാധിപത്യം വെല്ലുവിളികള്‍ നേരിടുകയാണെന്നു കോണ്‍ഗ്രസ് നേതാവ് രാഹുല്‍ ഗാന്ധി ലണ്ടനില്‍ നടത്തിയ പ്രസംഗത്തിലെ പരാമര്‍ശങ്ങളില്‍ കേസെടുക്കണമെന്നാവശ്യപ്പെട്ട് ബിജെപി നല്‍കിയ ഹര്‍ജി വാരാണസി കോടതി തള്ളി. രാഹുല്‍ അഭിപ്രായ സ്വാതന്ത്ര്യത്തിന്റെ പരിധി ലംഘിച്ചിട്ടില്ലെന്ന് നിരീക്ഷിച്ചാണ് കോടതി നടപടി.
◾സൂററ്റില്‍നിന്ന് തിരിച്ചെത്തിയ രാഹുല്‍ ഗാന്ധിക്കു ഡല്‍ഹിയില്‍ ആവേശകരമായ സ്വീകരണം. നിരവധി നേതാക്കളും പ്രവര്‍ത്തകരും പങ്കെടുത്തു. ഭാരത് ജോഡോ യാത്രയിലൂടെ പ്രതിച്ഛായ മെച്ചപ്പെടുത്തി എത്തിയ രാഹുലിനെ ഏതുവിധേനയും കുടുക്കാനുള്ള ആസൂത്രണത്തിലാണ് ബിജെപി. ഇതേസമയം, ജഡ്ജിമാരെ മാറ്റി രാഷ്ട്രീയമായി അനുകൂല വിധി ബിജെപി സമ്പാദിക്കുകയാണെന്ന് കോണ്‍ഗ്രസ് അധ്യക്ഷന്‍ മല്ലികാര്‍ജ്ജുന്‍ ഖര്‍ഗെ ആരോപിച്ചു.
◾രണ്ടു വര്‍ഷത്തെ ജയില്‍ ശിക്ഷ വിധിച്ചപ്പോള്‍ തന്നെ രാഹുല്‍ ഗാന്ധി സ്വയമേവ അയോഗ്യനാക്കപ്പെട്ടെന്ന് മുതിര്‍ന്ന സുപ്രിംകോടതി അഭിഭാഷകനും മുന്‍ കേന്ദ്ര നിയമ മന്ത്രിയുമായ കപില്‍ സിബല്‍.
